Pastor Pearson, in his role as Pastor of Missions and Evangelism, is responsible for leading ICBC’s efforts to penetrate the Downriver community with the gospel and to coordinate our efforts to support and perpetuate church-planting missions in the United States and around the world. He teaches the Homebuilders Adult Bible Fellowship, is the Assistant Professor of Practical Theology at Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary, and is the Candidate Coordinator for Grace Baptist Mission. He has been on staff at ICBC since 1997. His wife, Amy, teaches music lessons from their home and directs Inter-City’s Women of the Word Bible Study. They have two children, Grace (13) and Pearson IV (10).
