We would love for you to join us and be a part of the Women of the Word Bible study, “Called to Joy,” as we study the New Testament book of Philippians. Together we will listen in on Paul’s joy-filled letter to the church at Philippi as he writes from prison and thanks them for their partnership in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Together we will learn what it looks like to be joyful and thankful in our day while facing many tribulations as we too serve God’s gospel purposes. Together we will learn to stand firm, to be unified, and to persevere in the faith during trying times. Together we will also learn how necessary encouragement is for our spiritual growth. Won’t you join us for our study in Philippians so that we may joyfully strive side by side for the sake of the gospel?
The small group setting provides helpful support and a place to demonstrate the love of Christ through mutual edification with other women as we work together to practically apply the truths of God’s word that we are learning to our everyday lives so that together we will become like the Lord Jesus Christ.
Daytime group study meetings are on Tuesday mornings from 9:00 am – 11:00 am.
Our Fall 2024 daytime group study dates are: 9/17, 10/1, 10/15, 10/29, and 11/12.
Winter/Spring 2025 daytime group study dates are: 1/14, 1/28, 2/11, 2/25, 3/11, 3/25, 4/15, and 4/29.
Evening group study meetings are also on Tuesdays and meet from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
Our Fall 2024 evening group study dates are: 9/17, 10/15, and 11/12.
The Winter/Spring 2025 evening group study dates are: 1/28, 2/25, 3/25/, 4/29.
